While the topic of suicide can feel uncomfortable, many leaders, employees, and organizations are increasingly encountering it in both their personal and professional lives.

During Suicide Prevention Month, join us for a practical and compassionate introduction to workplace suicide awareness. This 60-minute session provides participants with a foundational understanding of suicide in the community and workplace, along with four practical steps for responding confidently and appropriately when someone may be struggling.

Participants will leave with actionable tools, resources, and increased confidence to support a colleague, employee, client, or themselves when facing thoughts of suicide.

Why Attend?

Suicide impacts every sector, industry, and community. Many employees and leaders want to help but aren’t sure what to say or do.

This session focuses on awareness—not intervention certification—and helps participants develop the confidence to:

  • Recognize when someone may need support
  • Start a caring conversation
  • Connect individuals to appropriate resources
  • Support colleagues following a suicide-related event
  • Foster a culture of psychological safety and compassion

The goal is simple: helping people feel more prepared to both ask for help and offer help when it matters most.
